Metal Fabrication

SeptArc manufactures high-quality fabricated components for industrial, construction, agricultural, mining, and OEM applications. Our capabilities include laser cutting, CNC bending, rolling, welding, machining, and complete fabrication assemblies. We fabricate components using Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Aluminium, E250, E350, SAILMA, Hardox, Alloy Steel, and other engineering-grade materials, delivering robust, precision-built solutions that meet international quality standards.

Machined Components

Manufactured using advanced CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and VMC processes, our machined components are available in Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, Copper, Alloy Steel, and Cast Iron. We achieve tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm with surface finishes as per customer specifications. Components are produced in custom sizes based on customer drawings, supporting everything from prototype development to high-volume production.

Excavator Bucket

SeptArc Excavator Buckets are precision-engineered for exceptional strength, durability, and high digging efficiency in the toughest working conditions. Available in capacities ranging from 0.02 to 1.60 m³ and widths from 300 to 1500 mm, they are compatible with 0.8 to 40-ton excavators and offered in Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, and Rock Bucket configurations.

Fabricated Galvanized Poles

Manufactured from YST 310 grade steel tubes, these precision-fabricated and hot-dip galvanized poles were engineered for durability and corrosion resistance. Successfully packed and exported in a 20 FT container, ensuring safe and efficient international delivery.

Trailer Assemblies

Manufactured from E350 grade steel plates, these trailer assemblies were designed for maximum 40 FT container space utilization. The single-pallet design enables easy loading and unloading while minimizing the risk of container damage during transportation, ensuring safe and cost-effective export logistics.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Industrial Components

Precision-fabricated industrial components manufactured using MS YST 310 grade tubes and E350 grade steel plates, finished with hot-dip galvanizing for superior corrosion resistance, structural strength, and long-lasting performance in demanding industrial environments.

Clevis Pins

Manufactured using CNC Turning, Drilling,, our clevis pins are available in Mild Steel (MS), Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, EN8, EN19, EN24, and Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316). We offer diameters ranging from Ø6 mm to Ø80 mm with custom lengths as per customer drawings. Surface finishes include Zinc Plating, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Black Oxide, Nickel Plating, Chrome Plating, and Natural Finish.

Roller Bearing Housings

Manufactured using CNC Turning, VMC Machining, Press Forming, Welding, and Precision Assembly, our roller bearing housings are available in Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and Galvanized Steel. Compatible with standard conveyor bearings such as 6204, 6205, 6304, and 6305.

Press Formed Components

Manufactured using Blanking, Piercing, Punching, Bending, Deep Drawing, Embossing, and Press Forming processes, our components are produced from Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), CRCA, HR, Galvanized Steel (GI), Aluminium, Copper, Brass, E250, E350, SAILMA, and High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) steels.

16 m³ TMR Feed Mixer

Successfully engineered and manufactured a 16 m³ Total Mixed Ration (TMR) Feed Mixer, providing complete product development from concept to production. The project included 3D design, structural analysis, design validation, fabrication, assembly, testing, and manufacturing support, delivering a robust and efficient solution for modern livestock feeding operations.

120 kg/hr Areca Nut De-Husking Plant

Successfully designed and manufactured a 120 kg/hr Areca Nut De-Husking Plant, providing end-to-end engineering solutions from concept to production. The project included product design, prototype development, fabrication, assembly, testing, validation, and manufacturing support, delivering a reliable and efficient solution for post-harvest areca nut processing.

Areca Nut Gorabalu Polisher

Successfully designed and manufactured an Areca Nut Gorabalu Polisher, delivering complete engineering solutions from concept to production. Designed to clean, remove residual fibers, and provide a smooth, glossy finish to arecanuts, the machine enhances product quality and market value. The project included product design, fabrication, assembly, testing, validation, and manufacturing support

Pulse Jet Bag Filter Systems

We manufacture Pulse Jet Bag Filters ranging from 1,000 CFM to 100,000+ CFM, including Cyclone Separators, Multi-Cyclones, Dust Collectors, Cartridge Filters, Bin Vent Filters, and Centralized Dust Extraction Systems. Systems are fabricated using Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), Wear-Resistant Steel, and other customer-specified materials, with customized ducting, hoppers, support structures, filter bags, rotary airlocks, screw conveyors, ID fans, and control panels. Every system is engineered to customer requirements, supporting prototype to turnkey industrial installations, with complete design, fabrication, assembly, testing, installation support, and commissioning.

Conveyor Systems

We manufacture a wide range of Belt Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Chain Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Slat Conveyors, Drag Chain Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Modular Belt Conveyors, Inclined Conveyors, Telescopic Conveyors, and Custom Material Handling Systems. Fabricated using Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), Aluminium, E250, E350, SAILMA, and other engineering-grade materials, our conveyors are available in custom lengths, widths, capacities, and belt speeds. Systems can be supplied with motorized drives, gearboxes, rollers, idlers, sensors, guarding, and automation features, supporting prototype to turnkey industrial installations with comprehensive quality inspection and performance testing.

Bucket Elevators

We manufacture Centrifugal Discharge, Continuous, Industrial, Grain, and Custom Bucket Elevators with capacities ranging from 1 TPH to 500+ TPH and lifting heights customized to customer requirements. Fabricated using Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), E250, E350, SAILMA, Hardox, and other engineering-grade materials, our systems are equipped with belt or chain drives, heavy-duty buckets, gear motors, pulleys, safety guards, platforms, sensors, and control panels. Designed for prototype to turnkey industrial installations, every elevator undergoes comprehensive quality inspection and performance testing to ensure reliable, efficient, and long-lasting operation.

Aluminium Mud Guards

Manufactured from high-grade aluminium alloy, available in single and tandem axle configurations with smooth or checker plate finishes. Suitable for trucks, trailers, agricultural machinery, and commercial vehicles. Designed with high corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and easy installation. Custom sizes, mounting options, and finishes are available to meet specific customer requirements.

Aluminium Ramps

Manufactured from high-strength aluminium alloy, available in lengths from 1.5 m to 4.5 m, widths from 250 mm to 500 mm, and load capacities ranging from 500 kg to 8,000 kg per pair. Features an anti-slip serrated surface, lightweight construction, and corrosion-resistant finish. Suitable for ATVs, motorcycles, forklifts, tractors, skid steers, excavators, and construction equipment.

Levelling Pads

Manufactured from high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel with anti-vibration rubber pads. Available with M10 to M36 threaded studs, base diameters from 50 mm to 200 mm, and load capacities up to 10,000 kg. Suitable for machine tools, industrial equipment, conveyors, packaging machines, and heavy machinery. Available in zinc-plated, powder-coated, or stainless steel finishes with standard and custom configurations.

Laser Cut Components

SeptArc manufactures precision laser-cut parts using advanced 6 kW and 16 kW CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines,, Manufactured from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, and Galvanized Steel with material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 25 mm (material dependent). Supports complex profiles, holes, slots, engraving, and precision contours with cutting accuracy up to ±0.1 mm. Available with deburring, bending, welding, machining, and surface finishing options for complete manufacturing solutions.

Tube Laser Cut Components

Manufactured from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium tubes with round, square, rectangular, and custom profiles. Tube sizes up to Ø220 mm (or equivalent profiles) with wall thicknesses from 1 mm to 12 mm. Supports straight cuts, bevel cuts, slots, holes, notches, and complex contours with ±0.1 mm cutting accuracy. Suitable for fabrication, structural assemblies, automotive, agricultural, furniture, and industrial equipment.

CNC Press Brake Bending Components

Our CNC Press Brake machines have a bending capacity of up to 320 Tons with a maximum bending length of 4,000 mm. We process Mild Steel up to 16 mm, Stainless Steel up to 12 mm, and Aluminium up to 10 mm (material dependent). Equipped with 4+1 axis CNC control, our machines achieve a bending accuracy of ±0.2 mm and support air bending, bottom bending, hemming, offset bending, and multi-stage forming. We offer complete fabrication solutions, including laser cutting, welding, machining, and surface finishing.

Welded Assemblies

Our welding facility supports MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Spot, and Arc Welding processes for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium. We fabricate components up to 6,000 mm in length with material thicknesses from 1 mm to 50 mm (process dependent). Welded assemblies are manufactured in accordance with approved welding procedures and undergo dimensional inspection, visual weld inspection, and surface finishing including powder coating, painting, galvanizing, and plating.

Zinc Plated Components

Manufactured from Mild Steel (MS), Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and other customer-specified materials, using CNC machining, press forming, fabrication, and welding processes. Components are finished with electro zinc plating (Clear, Blue, Yellow, or Black Passivation) to improve corrosion resistance and appearance. Produced as per customer drawings, supporting prototype to mass production, with quality inspection ensuring dimensional accuracy, coating thickness, and consistent finish.

Powder Coated Components

Manufactured from Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Aluminium, E250, E350, SAILMA, and other engineering-grade materials, using laser cutting, CNC bending, machining, welding, and fabrication processes. Components are finished with epoxy, polyester, or epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings in custom colours and textures, with coating thickness typically ranging from 60–120 microns. Produced according to customer drawings, supporting prototype to mass production, with quality inspection for surface finish, coating thickness, adhesion, and dimensional accuracy to ensure consistent quality and durability.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Components

Components are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with customer specifications and applicable international standards, providing a durable zinc coating for long-term corrosion protection. Produced as per customer drawings, supporting prototype to mass production, with quality inspection covering dimensional accuracy, weld quality, coating thickness, and surface finish to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Hydraulic Cylinders

Bore sizes ranging from Ø25 mm to Ø400 mm, with custom stroke lengths as per customer requirements. Components are produced using high-strength alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, precision honed tubes, and hard chrome-plated piston rods. Our capabilities include CNC machining, welding, assembly, pressure testing, and quality inspection, supporting prototype to high-volume production while ensuring reliable performance, leak-free operation, and compliance with customer specifications.
